One Piece - Discovered fairies

I actually really like how they say when fairies were born when a baby laughs for the first time. The glowing rose over there was ready to turn into a fairy after successfully capturing the baby's laughter.

Luffy still hasn't learn the importance of being patient, Nami is still trying to stop him from doing anything reckless. I love drawing Nami scolding/nagging/stopping Luffy for some reason.

Pen inked and Photoshop CS2 all the way.
